Dear all, after the last few painful months of Mum's Life, we saw a warrior at work.  She loved life, a laugh even on the rubbish days, ready for the next person to visit.  Mum lived a good life until 9 weeks ago, when despite our best efforts, she needed more medical help, and so was admitted to the hospice, where she stayed for 5 weeks.  After that she moved to Alice Grange, where she received exemplary care, and died on the 8th October 2023.  This is ironic given that her dad died on the same date 61 years previously. Note that although we are sad at her passing, we do so knowing that us 5 boys did our absolute best for her, and therefore there are no regrets.  All of us will be comforted by that and also of the special memories that we will all have.

Everyone welcome at the funeral, but close family flowers only, with Donations to St Elizabeth Hospice, in recognition of the amazing care that they gave to mum.

We shall use this website in order to update and share some fantastic memories of our dear Mum, Nana, Sister and friend to many.

Mum will be forever in our hearts.
